We are back from Melbourne and have fallen in love with Andrew McConnells new resturant Golden Fields. (Andrew has recieved Chef of the year from Gormet Travller and the Age Good Food Guide for his other ventures, Cumulus Inc and Cutler & Co)
His Asian focused shared plates and small dishes are to die for! Not to mention the food and beverage knowlege from the wait staff. (Don't you just love it when the staff actually know what the specials of the day are!!)
Golden Fields gets the golden thumbs up from Calexico.
Aaaahhhhhh Melbourne, we miss you already!
